We are in network with employee group BCBS Plans, including some Anthem plans administered by BCBS in Texas. We may not be in network with BCBS plans purchased through the public market.
Special Foci
Dr. Toups has special interest and experience in populations with complex or treatment resistant depression.
If you have depression occurring with chronic medical illness such as diabetes, cancer or autoimmune disease, or neurological illness like Parkinson's Disease, narcolepsy or epilepsy, Dr. Toups is happy to coordinate with your other providers for comprehensive care.
Academics and professionals, especially physicians and those in the technology industry, are also a special interest.

This website does not collect your personal information as defined by HIPAA privacy regulations, and meets standards for internet privacy as facilitated by Wix, which hosts this website. Data collected and stored by Singularity via forms or the patient portal is stored in a HIPAA compliant manner.
